The Inspiration

I’ve always been a fan of corn on the cob, and lately, I can’t get enough of hot honey. But let’s be honest—corn on the cob can be a bit messy to eat. That’s why I’m obsessed with these Honey Butter Corn Ribs! They’re the perfect bite-sized alternative that makes enjoying corn even more fun and convenient. Plus, there’s nothing quite like the combination of sweet, spicy, and smoky flavors at a summer cookout. Corn on the cob is a classic, but these corn ribs take it to a whole new level!

Kitchenware you’ll need

A sharp knife is a must! Cutting through corn cobs can be extremely difficult, so it’s essential to have a sharp, quality knife on hand. Personally, I’m a huge fan of Shun knives. They’re incredibly reliable and precise, making them my go-to in the kitchen. If you watch my recipe videos, you’ll probably notice that it’s the only brand I use!

Another item you’ll need is an air fryer. While you can bake or traditionally fry the corn ribs, using an air fryer makes the process incredibly easy and delivers perfectly crispy results every time. You’ll notice I rely on my air fryer for many of my recipes because it’s such a versatile, time-saving kitchen gadget. I’ve linked the exact model I use below—it even includes a pressure cooker function, which you’ll also see featured in several of my recipes. It’s a game-changer, and I highly recommend it for any kitchen!
