Description

Crispy, sweet, and spicy Honey Butter Corn Ribs are the perfect BBQ side dish. Easy to make in an air fryer and bursting with flavor!

Ingredients

Scale

2 corn cobs

1 tbsp hot honey

5 tbsp butter

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

1. Boil corn for 5 minutes to soften the cob.

2. While the corn is boiling, add the butter, honey, paprika, and salt to a separate pot. Cook until it all blends or about 5 minutes.

3. Once the corn cools, cut each cob into eight pieces (cut in half and then into quarters).

4. Coat in the sauce and add to the air fryer. Sprinkle the smoked paprika on top.

5. Cook 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.

6. If there’s leftover sauce in your mixing bowl, top the corn ribs with any leftover sauce and enjoy!
