Description

Try this Sweet Tart Smoothie—nutrient-packed, allergen-friendly, and creamy with mango, spinach, and a touch of natural sweetness. Perfect for breakfast!

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup frozen mango

2 cups spinach

1 cup oat milk

1/2 zucchini (not frozen)

6 steamed baby carrots cooled

35 leaves parsley

1 tsp frozen ginger

1/4 cup pea protein

1 tsp honey


Instructions

1. Cut your zucchini in half and peel. Make sure to steam your carrots ahead of time and let cool.

2. Add all ingredients to the blend and blend until smoothie (about 2 minutes)
